Steve Hatcher

Steve Hatcher is currently a Delivery Manager South at MSF and has held various roles within the organization since 2021, including Specialist Contract Manager and Health, Safety and Quality Officer, where they managed safety, quality, and environmental aspects and pursued training provider status. Since 2015, they have been self-employed as a consultant, contributing to highway maintenance activities and expanding their knowledge in street furniture and lighting. Hatcher has a rich background in the industry, having worked as a Senior Agent for both Balfour Beatty and May Gurney, and began their career as an Agent at COLAS. They earned an HNC in Civil Engineering from Reading College of Technology, which they continue to develop alongside their professional career.
