Fayett Maynard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in motorcycle coaching and safety instruction, currently serving as a Motorcycle Coach at Carolina Academy of Riding Excellence since January 2020 and as a Safety Instructor for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation since March 2005. Previously, Fayett contributed to the development of a motorcycle training program at Central Piedmont Community College and assisted the South Carolina Rider Education Program. Fayett's background also includes sales roles in construction and dairy, showcasing a versatile skill set in both the motorcycle and sales industries. Fayett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has attended multiple educational institutions, highlighting a commitment to professional growth and development.

Motorcycle Safety Foundation
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® is the internationally recognized developer of the comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning for motorcyclists and continuous professional development for certified RiderCoaches and other trainers. MSF also actively participates in government relations, safety research, public awareness campaigns and the provision of technical assistance to state training and licensing programs. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation is a national, not-for-profit organization sponsored by BMW, BRP, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha.
