Stephen Mulhern

Stephen Mulhern serves as Principal at Vantage Graphic Services, LLC since January 2000 and concurrently holds the position of Safety Education Instructor and Training Site Coordinator at the Motorcycle Safety Foundation since May 1997, providing motorcycle training and licensing in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Prior to these roles, Stephen Mulhern gained management experience at Moore Corporation from July 1980 to July 2000. Educationally, Stephen Mulhern attended Temple University from 1976 to 1980.
