Avinash Agrawal has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies.
In 2011, they started their career as a Software Engineer at RSA, The Security Division of EMC. After a short period, they moved on to work as a Linux Trainer at GBTU, where they were involved in research activities, guided engineering students in their Linux projects, and handled server configuration and migration tasks.
In 2011, they also joined Software AG, where they held multiple roles. Avinash started as an Engineering Lead in R&D, where they were responsible for software performance engineering, benchmarking, customer management, and development of new products. Avinash later became the Global Account Leader and Technical Account Manager for the Deutsche Post/DHL group, where they handled strategic account management.
At Software AG, they also served as the Director and APJ Head of Customer Engagement & Escalation Management. In this role, they engaged with customers to help them adopt technology and identify new opportunities. Avinash also led the Escalation Management team and dealt with critical customer situations requiring board-level attention. Additionally, they were part of a global executive taskforce to address the impact of a cyber security incident.
Most recently, Avinash Agrawal has joined msg global solutions as the Managing Director (EVP) for India & Global Head of Escalation Management, a role they started in 2023.
Avinash Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, they attended St. Joseph's Inter College, although specific dates or degrees obtained from this institution are not provided.
