Meire do Carmo

Meire do Carmo has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in SAP consulting companies. Meire started their career in 1998 at Spec Software, where they worked as a Resources Manager, focusing on qualifying and allocating consultants to projects. Meire was responsible for identifying training needs and coordinating training courses for skill development. In 2006, they joined CPM Braxis Capgemini as a Resources Manager. Meire played a key role in the merger process, designing and implementing a new hiring model and flexible benefits system. Meire also led the Recruitment & Selection division, ensuring the employment of high-quality professionals. In 2011, they joined Infosys as the HR Head Brazil, a position they held until 2020. During their time at Infosys, Meire continued to excel in HR management and played a crucial role in supporting the company's operations in Brazil. In 2020, they joined msg global solutions as the Head of Human Resources Brazil.
