Phaneendra Peri

Phaneendra Peri has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Phaneendra started their career as an Asst. Programmer at Intersoft Systems in 1994 and then moved on to work as a Programmer at INFRES METHODEX LTD from 1995 to 2000. Phaneendra later joined Osprey Software as a Senior Programmer from 2000 to 2001. Phaneendra then worked at Ranbaxy, holding various positions from Programmer to Analyst level, where they gained experience in handling HR modules such as Payroll, PF, and Taxation. Phaneendra worked in this role from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant at Mafoi Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Phaneendra then joined Ranbaxy again as a Senior Officer, Payroll Solutions from 2006 to 2008. Phaneendra moved to Religare Technologies as a Technical Consultant from 2008 to 2010. Phaneendra then joined Defiance Technologies Limited as a Technical Lead and worked on multiple HR LSO implementations and projects with clients such as Cargill and RAK Ceramics. Phaneendra further expanded their expertise at Exa AG, where they worked as a Technology Analyst and contributed to the TM implementation project for CMA CGM client. Currently, Phaneendra works at msg global solutions as an Associate Director - Delivery, focusing on implementing interfaces for MSIG in Singapore and msg LRM implementation for GIC in India. Overall, Phaneendra has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries, with a particular focus on HR modules and implementation projects.

Phaneendra Peri attended Punjab Technical University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology (M.Sc(IT)). Prior to that, they attended Andhra University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Maths (Main), Physics, and Chemistry (Anc.) (B.Sc(MPC)).
