Robert Kosina

Robert Kosina has extensive experience in IT operations and project management, currently serving as PMO & SW Test at msg life ag since March 2019. Prior roles include IT Operations Manager at IT Services Hungary Kft. and various positions at Vodafone from 2008 to 2015, where responsibilities ranged from process improvement and automation to managing service desk functions and implementing ITIL-based support models. Robert has a strong background in process and performance improvement, evidenced by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Desk Specialist at T-Systems Hungary, with a focus on ITIL processes and knowledge management for international accounts. Robert holds a degree in German Teacher from Eszterházy Károly Főiskola.
