Susan M.

Susan M. has extensive experience in community management, business ownership, and real estate investment. Since June 2013, Susan has served as a Community Manager at MSI, LLC - MSI HOA, Colorado's largest HOA management company, where the focus is on providing essential information and support to Boards of Directors for efficient governance of community associations. Prior to this role, Susan was the owner of Mother Lode Properties, Inc., overseeing multiple IHOP locations and collaborating closely with franchisor teams to ensure business success. Earlier work includes significant experience in real estate, managing rental properties, and coordinating custom build-outs in luxury condominiums. Susan holds a B.A. in French and Studio Art from Connecticut College and a High School Diploma from Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro.
