Peter Scalish

Peter Scalish has a diverse work experience in various roles. Peter began their career as an Inside Sales Specialist at Fastenal from August 2009 to September 2011. Peter then worked as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Chitter INC from March 2014 to December 2014. After that, they became the Director of Operations at Ugly's/ Novo from December 2014 to March 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, Peter held multiple roles at Pella Windows & Doors of Wisconsin. Peter started as a Retail Sales Consultant and received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2016. Peter later became a Field Team Lead Consultant, leading sales consultants and implementing a strategic sales process. Peter also received several awards, including the Pella Windows and Doors President Club Award and the Retail Rep of the Year award. Finally, they served as a Senior Lead Consultant, facilitating training and development for replacement/restoration sales consultants.

In 2021, Peter joined Mad City Windows & Baths as a Sales Executive and received the Rookie of the Year Award for achieving $2.8 million in sales. Peter then moved on to Zywave in 2022 where they worked as an Account Executive, consulting with independent insurance agencies to increase growth, retention, and client experience.

Currently, Peter is working as an Account Executive at MSI Data, a software development company focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of field workforce. Peter'sresponsibilities include working with enterprise clients, scheduling, mobile workforce management, and related tasks.

Peter Scalish has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Peter has also obtained additional certifications in "Driving to Close" from Sell Better in May 2023 and in "Filling the Funnel" from Sell Better by JB Sales in April 2023.
