Dirk Debbink is a business executive and former military officer who serves on the Board of Directors and as Lead Independent Director at Cincinnati Financial. They chaired MSI General Corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2023. They served as Vice Admiral, Chief of Navy Reserve (retired) in the U.S. Navy from 2008 to 2012. They were Past-President of Fisher House Wisconsin from 2020 to 2023 and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago (1988–1990) and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy (1973–1977).
