Michael Braatz

Michael Braatz is a seasoned professional in the construction and property management sectors, with a robust career beginning in custom home construction at Kehl's Quality Homes from June 2002 to June 2011. After a brief internship at Winter Park Construction, Michael progressed to Axiom Properties, Inc., serving as Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent, where responsibilities included leasing, scheduling maintenance, and enhancing customer service. Michael contributed as a Trade Association Volunteer for the American Resort Development Association from 2008 to 2012. Notably, at Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC, from August 2014 to January 2017, Michael held positions as Assistant Development Manager, Development Manager, and Construction Manager, overseeing multiple aspects of construction projects.
