Rick Munson

Rick Munson is a seasoned business executive with a diverse range of experience in the hospitality and technology industries. Rick began their career in the United States Army, where they held leadership positions and was promoted to First Lieutenant. Following their military service, Rick joined Hyatt Hotels as the Director of Catering and Convention Services, responsible for sales, planning, coordinating, and operations of meetings and banquets at a large hotel. Rick then founded Meeting Systems, Inc., which provided meeting services to corporate America, and later founded Multi-Systems Inc., a successful communications and marketing technology company. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Multi-Systems Inc., Rick grew the company through various funding sources and built a strong customer base. Rick then joined IPCS as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, doubling the customer base and increasing revenues significantly. In 1989, Rick founded Multi-Solutions Inc., where they served as the Founder and CEO, building it into a technology leader in the hospitality industry, with over 200 employees, 6500 hotel installations, and $20M in annual revenue. In 2016, they became a member of Eliances, an organization for entrepreneurs to align. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated exceptional leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and success.

Rick Munson attended the University of Wyoming from 1969 to 1973, majoring in Business and Finance. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree during this time.
