Kat Peevey

Kat Peevey has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kat currently holds the position of Vice President at MSL (Global) since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as Director/Senior Account Supervisor at the same company from March 2018 to May 2020.

From 2013 to 2017, Kat worked at Golin as a Senior Media Account Lead, responsible for managing multiple accounts including McDonald's, Humana, and Walmart. Kat played a crucial role in developing and executing high-profile campaign concepts to enhance the brand image and reputation of the clients. Their notable achievements include managing McDonald's participation in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and Humana's partnerships with National Park Foundation and Rock and Roll Marathon Series.

Before joining Golin, Kat worked at SPM Communications from 2008 to 2013. Kat held the roles of Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Publicist during their time there. Their responsibilities included media relations and account service for clients such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bruegger's Bakery-Cafe, and Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation.

Prior to SPM Communications, Kat served as an Account Executive at m strategies inc. from 2007 to 2008. Kat handled key accounts including Church's Chicken, Pizza Inn, and Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, where they developed strategic PR plans and media materials to generate effective editorial coverage.

Kat started their career as an intern at Blanton Public Relations in 2005. Kat assisted in the development of media materials and helped organize press events for various clients.

Kat Peevey attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications. Kat also attended J.J Pearce High School, although the dates of their attendance are unknown. Additionally, they returned to The University of Texas at Austin to earn another Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies, although the dates of this education are also unknown.
