Donna Shultz

Donna Shultz is the President and CEO of MSM, Inc., a customer experience agency specializing in tradeshows and events since May 1993. Under Donna's leadership, MSM focuses on creating engaging, inspiring, and educational end-to-end experiences for attendees. Additionally, Donna serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Greater Rochester. From November 2011 to December 2019, Donna was a member of the Board of Directors for the Experiential Designers & Producers Association, an organization dedicated to leaders in the customer experience industry.
