Hillary Bennett

Hillary Bennett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and human resources. Currently serving as the Ambassador of Operational Excellence at Mirror Show Management since July 2018, Hillary previously held various roles at Walmart from 2009 to 2018, including Co-Manager of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations and managing a workforce of over 550 employees. Hillary started at Walmart as an Assistant Manager, achieving promotion from intern within three months, and was responsible for multiple store areas. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Delaware North, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. Academically, Hillary holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo.
