Are you a vet returning to practice, starting out, or looking to widen your repertoire?

A veterinary nurse looking to enrich your career?

At MSM (Mobile Surgical Mentoring) Vets, we believe surgery belongs in first opinion practice.

You don't need fancy instruments or diplomas to make a massive difference to your patients - you need the right mindset, a great team and excellent communication.

We aim to close the continually widening gap between first opinion and referral surgery. Our surgeons will come to you, operate in your local premises and mentor you through the procedures you wish to retain in-house. Within a few visits, you will be performing these procedures solo, retaining turnover, clients and most importantly, empowering your team along the way.

We offer customised mentorship programmes to increase the operating potential of your practice cost-effectively. Our mentorship extends to the nursing team, where we can help set up a surgical nursing programme to optimise the practice offering and enrich careers.

We also offer on-site surgical services in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic/endosurgical procedures through to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery.

Are you looking to start performing the increasingly popular 'Lap Spay'? MSM Vets also provides complete laparoscopic services, and we can offer a start-up package where we bring all the equipment you need to your premises. We will train the team over a number of days, including guiding managers through the financial intricacies of billing and purchasing equipment.

Veterinary surgery is amazing, and we want to see practices loving it again.
