Shailesh Waghmare has held various roles in the fields of fundraising, venture capital, and skill development over the past eight years. In 2013, they were the Project Head of Skill Development at AVTEG Private Limited, a NSDC partner. In 2014, they became a Partner at Paathshala Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for setting up Education and Skill Development division. In 2015, they were the Director and General Manager (COO Level) at TR7 HealthCare (Australia). In 2017, they became Business Head - Skills & Livelihood (COO Level) at UDAY. In 2020, they founded Apohan Corporate Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Pune, a Fintech start-up automating strategic transactions like equity funding & business monetization for SMEs. Shailesh Waghmare has a 10th degree from Manro Bhandara in Mathematics and Science, obtained between 1985 and 1991. Shailesh then went on to obtain a PGDIT from Centre for Electronics Design & Technology Of India (CEDTI) in Information Technology, between 1994 and 1996. Finally, they obtained an MBA from Nagpur University in Financial & Marketing Management, between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Y Combinator as a Startup School Participant in December 2021, from ICT Academy as a Contributing Author in 2021, and from Udemy as a Complete Digital Marketing in 2019.
