Anton Topchaev

Anton Topchaev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Anton began their career in 2011 as a Key Account Manager at CBOSS, where they managed important client relationships until February 2014. In 2014, they joined MTS Group as a Corporate Solutions Sales Engineer, contributing to the company's sales efforts until June 2015. Anton then transitioned to MSP360, starting as a Technical Support Engineer in July 2015. Anton quickly progressed to the role of Technical Support Team Leader in February 2017, where they supervised a team until October 2019. In November 2019, Anton became the US Technical Support Team Leader, providing support until April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Support at MSP360, starting in May 2021. Anton's progressive growth within MSP360 demonstrates their expertise and leadership abilities in the technical support field.

Anton Topchaev completed their Engineer's Degree in Information Technology at Southern Federal University (formerly Rostov State University) from 2006 to 2011.
