Candice Chenault began their work experience in 2001 as an Implementation Account Manager at Federal TransTel. Candice worked closely with fifteen clients to manage their monthly billing cycles and ensure their compliance with FCC standards. Candice also coordinated new clients and facilitated their compliance with RBOC and CLECs. In 2002, Candice joined MailSouth as a Sales Executive. At MailSouth, they focused on providing integrated marketing solutions for rural America, targeting messages to customers and establishing the company as the largest independent provider of shared mail services nationwide.

Candice Chenault attended the University of Montevallo from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
