Debesh Das

Debesh Das is a Mining Graduate with over two decades of experience in the metal and coal sectors, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at MSPL Limited. Previously, Debesh held senior roles, including Senior Mines Manager at Bhubaneshwari Coal Mining Limited and The RJM, where they managed production, logistics, and compliance. They have a strong background in mine planning, safety, and sustainability, believing that zero harm can be achieved through self-empowerment. Debesh holds an A Grade degree in Mining Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India and is currently pursuing an Engineer’s Degree from AICTE.
