Marissa Schaffer

Marissa Schaffer is currently the Director of Investments at MSquared, where they focus on developing mixed-use, mixed-income projects across rapidly growing urban areas. Previously, Marissa served as Vice President for Transactions within the Real Estate Development Department at the New York City Housing Authority from 2020 to 2025. They have also held positions as an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and as a Development Associate at Fairmount Ventures, Inc. Marissa earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. with High Honors from Swarthmore College.
