MSR was founded in 2007 to help the men looking for jobs on the side of the road to find better, more sustainable employment opportunities. After years of success, MSR expanded its scope to accommodate all unemployed individuals and has been growing ever since. 

Mission:
MSR's mission is to change lives by connecting the unemployed with training and employment opportunities. 

Vision:
MSR's vision is to empower the unemployed to be better able to compete in the labor market through self-development, life skill training, technical skills training and placement programs, with the goal of obtaining long term employment or self-employment.
