MSS
Since 1949, MSS has been providing individualized programs and supports for people with intellectual and physical disabilities to help them reach their personal goals and achieve their full potential. We are committed to identifying the barriers that our participants face, and then building customized plans to help them overcome those barriers. Our geographic reach covers the entire seven-county metro area with six facilities, each designed to support our the people we serve, their caregivers, and families. We believe in empowering the people we serve by giving them opportunities to be productive on work teams and in the business world; through creating and selling artwork; and as volunteers in the community. Through our Vocational and Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H) services we offer a range of program components designed to meet not only employment aspirations but educational, social and recreational needs. We offer specialized services for seniors with disabilities, innovative programming options for adults with autism spectrum disorder, and our award-winning Creative Arts programming.
