Steven Jagger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand and communications research. Currently serving as a Partner and Chief Client Officer at MSW Research since July 2000, Steven oversees international relationships and contributes to the firm's operations across 66 countries. Previously, as Executive Vice President at MSW, Steven focused on brand-building guidance and analysis. Steven also held key leadership roles at GfK GB as Partner and Managing Director, successfully transforming a loss-making unit into a profitable entity without external investment, and attracting major clients such as Unilever and Heinz. Prior positions include Deputy Managing Director at insight-IPSOS, where Steven developed a quantitative research arm, and Director at INRA European Co-ordination Office, responsible for creating unified product offerings across the INRA affiliation. Steven Jagger is a graduate of Lancaster University, where studies took place from 1976 to 1980.
