Anthony Capasso

Anthony Capasso is a Partner at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP, where they co-chair the Construction Law and Litigation Practice Groups. With extensive experience in civil defense litigation across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, they defend design professionals and construction entities against high exposure matters. Previously a partner at O'Toole Scrivo and an attorney at London Fischer LLP, Anthony has conducted hundreds of depositions and litigation proceedings. They have been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2013 to 2024, and serve as outside general counsel while actively lecturing on various litigation topics. Anthony holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. with Highest Honors from Rutgers University.
