Carson Collier

Carson Collier is currently the Vice President and Lead Business Analytics and Reporting Analyst at M&T Bank, where they focus on leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making. They previously held roles such as Senior Business Analytics and Reporting Analyst and Associate Management Trainee at the same institution. Carson has a BSc in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they also served as a Student Player Development Coordinator for the baseball program, applying advanced analytics to improve player performance. They gained early experience as a Student Data Management Intern at ESL Federal Credit Union and as an Assistant Coach at Elite Baseball LLC.
