Jay Massimo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at M&T Bank since April 2025, Jay previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Needham Bank from May 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Jay was the Managing Director for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) at Banco Santander from April 2002 to May 2023. Jay also served as Director at BankBoston/FleetBoston Financial from July 1987 to March 2002. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
