Mike Wolf

Mike Wolf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and instructional design. They served as Senior Vice President - Learning Consultant Manager at M&T Bank in 2021, where they expanded partnerships and managed a team to address performance gaps across the organization. Prior to that, they held various positions at M&T Bank, including Vice President - Instructional Design Manager and Assistant Vice President, where they led teams to develop innovative training solutions. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Resource Teacher in Social Studies for MCPS and contributed to graduate-level education at Johns Hopkins University. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Social Studies from the State University of New York College at Oswego and a Master of Science in Technology for Educators from The Johns Hopkins University.
