Rick Ledgett

Rick Ledgett is the Principal and Founder of The Ledgett Group LLC, a position held since 2017. They served on the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Defense Analyses from 2017 to 2022 and are currently the Chairman of the Board through 2024. Their extensive experience includes senior advisory roles at Hakluyt & Company and Elbit Systems of America, as well as serving as a Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group until 2023. They held various leadership positions at the National Security Agency, where they were the Deputy Director from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their advisory work, Rick is involved with the Advisory Boards of multiple organizations and serves as an Independent Director at M&T Bank.
