Ryan McGraw

Ryan McGraw is an experienced HR Business Partner Director, currently pursuing both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with focuses on Human Resources, Finance, Consulting, and Marketing at the University at Buffalo. Ryan's prior roles include various HR-related positions at M&T Bank from 2016 to 2019, where they advanced from HR Business Partner to Director. Additionally, Ryan has held leadership positions at Target and gained valuable experience in human resources and management with The Walt Disney Company. Before entering the corporate world, Ryan served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo.
