Tim Miszewski

Tim Miszewski is the Vice President of Compliance Risk Management for the Complaint Management Program at M&T Bank, where they manage regulatory complaints and interact with banking regulators. Previously, Tim held various roles in customer relations and compliance at HSBC, including Unit Manager and Premier Account Specialist, and worked as a Telephone Claims Investigator at GEICO. Tim began their professional journey as a Process Server at WNY Process and Research Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Hilbert College.
