Tom Nablo

Tom Nablo is an accomplished Senior Vice President and Business Process Manager with a strong focus on operational excellence through data-driven strategies. They have extensive experience in process improvement, having led significant initiatives at M&T Bank from 2020 to 2022, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean. They also drove a business agility transformation program, fostering a customer-centric culture. Prior to M&T Bank, Tom worked at HSBC from 2005 to 2015 as a Senior Process Engineer. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
