Mt. Crescent Ski Area is Iowa and Nebraska's location for Skiing, Snowboarding, Tubing, Zibob Sledding and soon to be Zip Lining! Located in the Loess Hills of western Iowa, Mt. Crescent Ski Area is just 15 miles northeast of Omaha, NE. We provide Midwest skiers with a variety of slopes to both intrigue new skiers and challenge experienced ones. Offering a full service rental shop stocking over 1,000 sets of modern equipment including skis, snowboards, boots and bindings. If lessons are needed, our ski and snowboard instructors offer group, semi-private and private lessons. Or try our "Station Rotation" method of teaching.  Three stations will teach you the basics, just enough for you to enjoy the day! And don't forget one of America's favorite winter past times, sledding!
