Оксана Тригуб

Оксана Тригуб is the Head of Recruitment at МТБанк since 2025. Previously, they served as HRD at ООО "ОМА" from 2021 to 2025, leading HR strategies, corporate culture development, and recruitment initiatives. Prior to that, Оксана held various roles including Head of Selection, Training, and Development at Торговая сеть BIGZZ, and Head of Personnel Department from 2005 to 2014. Оксана completed their education in Agricultural Mechanization at Белорусский государственный аграрно-технический университет and furthered their skills with certifications in coaching and HR management.
