Emma Rye has extensive experience in managing and overseeing the Resettlement provision within youth justice custodial establishments. Emma has held various senior management roles, including Bid Custodial Manager, Head of Transition and Resettlement, and Operational Services Manager at MTC. Prior to that, Emma worked at G4S Care and Justice Services (UK) Limited as Resettlement Practice Manager, Substance Misuse Manager, Substance Misuse Lead Practitioner, and Substance Misuse Practitioner in the youth justice sector.
