Gemma has a background in HR, having held various HR roles at companies like Jelf Clark Thomson and Edrington. Gemma also has experience in crew scheduling and shop management at Harding Retail. Gemma holds CIPD qualifications and a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
