MTC - Diet & Exercise is a growing practice of highly qualified Dietitians working from many locations throughout the Melbourne Metropolitan area. 
We are a service provider to a diverse range of industries and environments which include medical centres, aged care facilities, gyms & sporting organisations. 

Our philosophy is based on the use of pragmatism and simplicity when advising and meal planning for our clients. But, to get to this point we rigorously research, debate, test and monitor our methods so that we can confidently help those with their nutrition, health and fitness goals. 

Nutrition science is a highly contestable field as it is ever changing and we keep learning new and exciting ways to apply it to our health and fitness.
