Eric Huffman is currently the Director of Broadband Network Operations at MTC Communications, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Engineering at Armstrong from 2021 to 2025, and held several positions within Armstrong, including Network Design Engineer and Manager of Voice Operations. With extensive experience as the Telecommunications Operations Manager at Armstrong from 2005 to 2014 and Network Operations Manager at XO Communications (1997-2000), they bring a solid background in strategic network planning to their current position. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University between 1990 and 1994.
