Kathy U.

Kathy U. has extensive experience in leadership and governance, currently serving as a part-time instructor for the Graduate Program in HR Management at Niagara College since January 2024. In addition, Kathy U. holds independent director positions with CAA Niagara and MTE Consultants Inc., where leadership of the HR and Executive Compensation Committees is evident. Previous roles include board membership with the FAB Foundation, MEC, and significant positions at TD as VP of Enterprise Program Delivery Excellence, and UMC, as Program Director. Kathy U. has also held positions at IBM and PwC, focusing on HR technology, operational excellence, and business transformation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and completion of the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
