Mitchell Hardy

Mitchell Hardy is a Civil Engineering Technology graduate from Conestoga College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently serving as an Inspector at MTE Consultants since May 2022, Mitchell conducts construction and post-construction inspections within the Land Development Division and assists with contract administration. Previous experience includes a student inspector role at MTE Consultants and a long-standing position as a Level Four ice hockey official with the Ontario Hockey Association. Additional work experience includes various roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where Mitchell progressed from a Summer Student to a Contract Team Member, achieving Liftow certification, and a short-term position as a Student Interim Data Analyst at Sienna Senior Living, focused on COVID-19 support.
