Patrick Dowling

Patrick Dowling has extensive experience in environmental management, currently serving as the Environmental Division Manager and Senior Project Manager at MTE Consultants since May 2008. In this role, Patrick has also held positions as Manager of Site Assessment and Remediation and Environmental Scientist. Additionally, Patrick contributed to the City of Kitchener as a member of the Citizens Environmental Advisory Committee from 2011 to 2012, providing guidance on environmental matters to the city council. Patrick holds a BA with Honours in Geography and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 1999 and 2003, and completed further education at Conestoga College from 2007 to 2008.
