Paul Douglas

Paul Douglas, C.E.T. has a robust background in land and site development, currently serving as the Director of Functional Services at MTE Consultants since March 2015. Throughout their tenure at MTE Consultants, Paul has held multiple roles, including Manager of Site Development and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Paul has relevant public service experience as a Councillor for the Township of Mapleton from October 2018 to October 2022. Prior to these roles, Paul worked as Land Development Manager at Coldpoint Holdings Ltd. and held several positions at MTE Consultants Inc. between May 1999 and October 2014, including Project Manager in Land Development. Educational credentials include degrees from Conestoga College (1996-1999) and Cornell University (2016), as well as secondary education from Elmira District Secondary School (1991-1996).
