Beth Sweeney

Beth Sweeney is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in developing and driving strategic initiatives that enhance sales and maximize ROI. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing at Earl Enterprises and the Chief Marketing Officer at MTech Mobility, Beth also manages relationships as the Senior Relationship Manager at INNOWAVE MARKETING GROUP. Previously, Beth held senior roles at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q, Bonefish Grill, and multiple other companies, where they excelled in franchise marketing, brand management, and cross-functional leadership. With a background in building effective marketing teams and loyalty programs, Beth demonstrates a keen ability to create integrated marketing plans that leverage both traditional and digital media. They are currently pursuing education at Northern Illinois University.
