mteen is an AI-powered teen mindfulness and mental wellness platform — built for the 15-year-old who picks up her phone 60 times a day, struggles before every exam, and has no daily practice for her mind.

We are not therapy. We are not another content library. We are a structured daily practice — 3 minutes every morning — that gives teenagers the tools to know their own mind. And gives parents a way back into their teenager's world.

Our AI companion Mitra guides each teenager through personalised 21-day and 108-day practice journeys across five tracks: self-awareness, screen wellness, exam stress, peer relationships, and digital ethics. When Mitra detects growth, a real human teacher reaches out. When it detects sustained distress, a trained guide steps in. A human is always in the loop.

mteen sits alongside the school counsellor and the paediatrician — not instead of them. One counsellor for 424 students cannot be proactive. mteen gives that counsellor a daily presence in every student's life.

We are practitioners, not technologists. Nitesh Batra has been teaching mindfulness to teenagers for 20 years — Stanford CCT certified, IIM Bangalore faculty. Sanjay Pandey brings 15 years of global business leadership. We are building mteen in Maryville, Tennessee and Bengaluru, India.
