More Than Football is an international football industry conference built to bridge heritage and innovation, youth and leadership, and sport with long-term business responsibility.

Held alongside the Dalmatinko Cup - one of the region’s leading international youth football tournaments - the conference connects club executives, sports professionals, technology innovators, decision-makers, and emerging leaders shaping the future of football.

MTF is not built around hype or sales-driven presentations. It is built around responsibility - toward the game, the next generation, and the communities that give football its meaning.

By combining structured dialogue, curated participation, and limited capacity, More Than Football creates a focused environment for meaningful exchange, strategic thinking, and long-term industry collaboration.

More Than Football views the game as more than competition - it is a cultural asset, an economic ecosystem, and a platform for leadership.

Football welcomed us when we were born.
Now we shape what it becomes.
