Mark Darrow

Mark Darrow currently serves as Chair of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, having been appointed by the Minister, and holds the position of Board Chair at TSB New Zealand. In addition, Mark is the Chair of the Advisory Board at Armstrong Motor Group and acts as a Council Member at Auckland University of Technology, also appointed by the Minister. Other roles include Chair of the Risk & Assurance Committee at Inland Revenue NZ, Chair of MTF Finance, and Chair of Riverton Farm. Mark is also an Independent Director at Eastside Holdings and a Co-Founder of Trust Codes®, a digital identity platform. As the Owner and Director of MCD Capital Limited, Mark has a strong background in accounting and finance, holding Fellow status with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and degrees in Accounting and Business from Auckland University of Technology.
