Jeff Thomas, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical operations and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at MTF Biologics since August 2025, Jeff previously held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Lions World Vision Institute from January 2020 to August 2025. Prior to that role, Jeff was the Chief Clinical Officer at We Are Sharing Hope SC from June 2016 to January 2020. Jeff's career at MTF Biologics began as Education Director, a position held from May 2005 to May 2016. Earlier roles include Director of Tissue Services at the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency and Tissue Recovery Coordinator at the Mississippi Lions Eye and Tissue Bank.
