Matt Ryll is currently the Sr. Regional Director of Donor Services at MTF Biologics, bringing extensive experience in tissue recovery management and training from previous roles, including Associate Director of Recovery Services at Ossium Health and Sr. Manager of Donor Field Services. Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and grow staff and partnerships, underpinned by effective communication and organizational skills. Prior to their current position, Matt worked as a Tissue Recovery Specialist and Manager at New England Donor Services and served as an Emergency Department Technician at Tufts Medical Center. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
