Max P. Farzaneh

Max P. Farzaneh serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of M&A and Corporate Affairs at Modern Times Group MTG AB, a position held since September 2014, with prior roles including SVP, Head of Corporate Affairs and Tax, and Head of Tax. Prior experience includes a managerial role as a Tax Lawyer at KPMG from January 2012 to September 2014, where Max was part of the M&A Tax group in the Stockholm office, and an Associate at KPMG Sweden from September 2010 to December 2011. Max P. Farzaneh holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Uppsala University, earned from 2006 to 2010, and has competencies in domestic and international corporate taxation, tax due diligence, tax restructuring, and tax planning.
