Claire Chawk is a seasoned professional in talent development and operations, currently serving as the Global Academy Operations and Talent Development Lead at mthree. With prior roles including Senior Associate - Talent Attraction at EY and Talent Management Specialist at Enterprise Holdings, they have accumulated extensive experience in managing and enhancing talent strategies. Claire began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and has held various leadership positions in the sector.
